These pads are much smaller than pantyliners and are to be worn externally along with cloth pads or menstrual cup. You need to keep this between the labia (lips or folds of skin at the vaginal opening) to catch the menstrual flow much closer to the vagina to avoid messy leaks during heavy flow/ flow with clots.

For this purpose, we have designed a quiz that can help you choose the right size -
Absolutely. Cloth and products made of cloth, like SochUnderwear and SochPads, are not only soft and comfortable to use, but are also economical and eco-friendly. They are free from chlorine, dioxins, pesticides, harmful dyes, fragrances, and allergens that are otherwise found in disposable sanitary napkins.
Absolutely. SochUnderwear can be used along with inserts for postpartum bleeding. We recommend you use the larger sizes for the same.
No, SochUnderwear can only be used for mild to medium incontinence. It cannot be used as regular cloth diapers. It is ideal for mild urinary leaks / bladder leaks.
If maintained well, SochUnderwear easily lasts as well as other underwear. On an average, they last for 70+ washes.
Before you use it first time, wash SochUnderwear according to the clean & care instructions. Make sure you dry it thoroughly before you using it.
If you are washing by hand, run Sochunderwear and/or insert under cold water to remove blood/urine. Then, soak it in a mug of cold or normal water for 30 minutes to 8 hours. Scrub by hand with mild soap and water. Do not brush. Dry the washed underwear and/or insert in sunlight or in a well-ventilated place/low tumble dry. Make sure you hang it straight.
f you prefer machine wash, make sure you remove the blood/urine by squeezing the underwear and/or insert in cold or normal water. Put the underwear and/or the inserts in a cotton bag (optional). Wash in a short cycle. Tumble dry (on low setting) and hang it straight in sunlight or in a well-ventilated place.
We do not recommend brushing SochUnderwear and the inserts because brushing may cause the fibres to harden and cause irritation. It may also reduce the life of SochUnderwear.
We do not recommend the use of Dettol, fabric softners or other harsh chemical-ridden soaps on SochUnderwear and the inserts. Use only mild soap as required. You can use vinegar or essential oils once in a while in your soaking water.
Rinsing directly in hot water sets stains. Therefore, we recommend you first remove the stains with cold water.
If you are not at home, carry a ziploc cover/pouch with you to store your used insert. The used insert can be folded to make it smaller.
I used the Soch cup after having used several cups. I absolutely love the material. Putting it in and taking it out is quite easy; the material is such that one does not feel it inside at all. What’s best about it is that it is great value for money. The Soch cup has been an absolute game changer for me!

Mother of a naughty toddler who is 30 months now. I was a hard core IT professional but had take a break during my pregnancy and quit after delivery due to my health issues. My toddler keeps me on my toes all the time. Apart from that, I am a Cuemath teacher and been teaching kids at my home since April 2017. I have used cups with stem, trimmed them and then tried stemless cups but was so excited when Soch cup was introduced. I always wanted to buy one but somehow was skeptic about the investment. Then scooped some courage and bought a L cup. The experience has been so blissful! I did not feel the cup at all, no pressure to pee and the feather in the cap was I did not feel the stem at all, leave alone trimming it. The cup and the stem are soooooo soft. The stem is so helpful when I have to take the cup out. The suction is so good and opening up is not a problem at all. This is the best thing that every menstruating women should own.

I took around 4 months to make myself mentally ready to use Menstruation cup. Then I thought i will order and use it while I have periods when am not travelling. Luckily both cup and period came when I was on vacation and bingo, this was the right time. I initially used it with pad, just in case there is any leakage. For me inserting and removing cup was not a problem as I followed all instructions. Now I feel so clean and no odour feeling whenever I have my periods. It’s such a great blessing. Thank you Soch !

I have been using Soch Period Panty for about a year now and absolutely love love love it!! So when the Soch menstrual cup was launched, I knew it would be a superior product :) Tried it for last 2 cycles and wow! Cant go back to my old cup! This clear transparent cup is so smooth and easy to open, I am amazed! The silicone quality makes all the difference and also the way its designed. I have done all the regular stuff - travel, running, driving with this cup and did not face any leakage, not even spotting. Super easy to insert, open and remove! All in all, a five star cup
